10 Volunteers Needed for A Cappella-Palooza on Saturday, June 13.
Set up starts at 4pm.
FOOD:
We will be offering light refreshments - a special summer mocktail and snacks in the classroom.
Bring food donations: Juniper and Bonnie will decide on a menu and assign things to bring. If you have a good idea for a summer finger-food snack, let us know. Also need gluten-free options.
Do a bit of decorating.
Set up Divine Connection tables for bidding.
Set up ticket table and greet attendees.
Set up restaurant raffle ticket table and sell tickets to the audience.
We will take cash and credit card donations through Zeffy. Bonnie sets this up and will invite a few of you to handle this on your personal phones. It's easy.
